Bluebell Falls is a family-run farm and creamery nestled in the heart of Newtownshandrum, Charleville, Co. Cork. We are passionate about producing fresh, award-winning goat’s cheese—crafted by hand and delivered straight from our farm to your table.
Founded by Victor and Breda O’Sullivan, Bluebell Falls is built on a commitment to quality, tradition, and sustainability. Breda, our dedicated cheesemaker, personally oversees every stage of production and packaging to ensure exceptional taste and consistency in every batch.
